BAZI.LTD
bazi.ltd Privacy Policy
Revised: October 23, 2026
This policy describes how bazi.ltd processes personal information when you browse, sign in, create birth profiles, use Chinese naming and AI readings, or purchase and view reports. Please read the information relevant to a feature before submitting your details.
1. Scope and operator details
This policy covers the bazi.ltd website and its features, operated under the bazi.ltd brand. Third-party sign-in and payment pages are operated by their respective providers and are also subject to those providers’ policies.
Privacy questions or requests can be sent to support@bazi.ltd.
2. Information we collect
Account access: email addresses, verification codes and verification results for email sign-in; account identifiers, email addresses, names or avatars authorized through Google or another available sign-in provider.
Profiles and generated content: names or nicknames, gender, birth date and time, birthplace, time zone, naming preferences, questions, conversation context and results, depending on the feature and information you submit. These support charts, naming, readings and report delivery.
Orders: products, order identifiers, amounts, currencies, payment channels, transaction identifiers, payment status and entitlements for fulfillment, reconciliation and support.
Technical and support information: necessary access logs, IP addresses, browser details, site-generated device identifiers, and contact details or descriptions you send to support for verification, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
3. Purposes and choices
Information is used for account verification, profile management, content generation, history, order fulfillment, invitation rewards, support and security. Consent must be obtained where required; processing necessary for a contract or legal obligation is limited to its relevant purpose.
You may choose which features to use and whether to provide optional details. Withholding necessary information may prevent a particular action, but should not restrict unrelated public browsing. New purposes or expanded processing will be explained, with consent requested where required.
Before submitting another person’s details, ensure you have authorization or another lawful basis. Avoid including unrelated identity documents, payment credentials or health records in questions.
4. AI processing
AI naming, readings and reports may send relevant inputs, birth details or chart results, preferences, questions and context to third-party AI providers. Names or other identifying information you include may also be transmitted; requests should not be assumed to be anonymous.
We select third-party AI providers according to feature needs and describe their role on the relevant pages or in this policy. Processing locations, retention periods and training practices depend on each provider’s public policies and our agreements with them. This policy does not guarantee zero retention or exclusion from training on a provider’s behalf.
If you do not want inputs processed by AI, do not submit the corresponding generation request. Closing a page or clearing browser storage does not withdraw a submitted request or delete server records. Contact us for assistance with rights concerning submitted information.
5. Service providers and disclosure
Information necessary to fulfill your request may be processed by sign-in, email delivery, hosting, AI or payment providers, limited to the relevant service.
External sign-in is handled by its platform. Payment details submitted through PayPal or another offered channel are handled under that provider’s policy; we use order and payment results to deliver your purchase. Available channels depend on the actual checkout page.
We will not arbitrarily sell or publicly disclose personal information for unrelated purposes. Other disclosures or business transfers require applicable notices and legal safeguards. Legally required disclosures are limited to what is necessary.
6. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies, localStorage and sessionStorage support sign-in, language preferences, site-generated device identifiers, some form drafts, recent activity and temporary payment-return details. Some data remains in your browser until it expires or is cleared by the application or by you.
Invitation codes are temporarily stored to attribute rewards. The current invitation cache expires after 30 days and is cleared according to application rules after sign-in processing or expiry.
Browser controls can clear or restrict storage, but may interrupt sign-in, drafts, invitation attribution or payment returns. Clearing browser data does not delete your account, server-side profiles or orders. Sign out and clear relevant local data after using a shared device.
7. Retention and locations
Information should be retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Profiles, conversations and results depend on the feature and deletion requests. Orders and security logs may require additional retention for verification, disputes or legal obligations. Data should be deleted or anonymized when no lawful retention need remains.
Our servers and backups are located in cloud regions we select, while third-party AI processing may occur in other countries or regions, so data should not be assumed to remain in any single region. For international transfers we will provide applicable notices, obtain consent where required and apply appropriate safeguards.
8. Security
We pay attention to account verification, access permissions and request validation, and maintain necessary measures appropriate to the information and risks involved. No internet transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
Protect your email account, verification codes and devices. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access or disclosure. If an incident occurs, we will take necessary remedial steps and fulfill applicable notification and reporting duties.
9. Access, correction, deletion and account closure
Use available account, profile and history features to view or manage your information. For actions unavailable in the interface, contact us to request access, a copy, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or account closure. Provide your account email and request scope; do not proactively send identity documents or passwords.
We may verify identity proportionately and will respond under applicable law. If a request cannot be fully fulfilled, we will explain why. Legally required transaction or security records may remain after account closure, restricted to necessary purposes.
Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing or processing supported by another lawful basis. Signing out, clearing storage or stopping use does not close an account. We will assist with requests involving third-party processing according to the service relationship.
10. Children and minors
Registration, purchasing and interactive services are intended for users with the corresponding legal capacity. Minors should use the service with guardian guidance. Processing information about children under fourteen requires guardian consent and applicable protections where required by law.
Guardians using naming features for children should provide only relevant details. Contact us if you believe a minor’s information has been processed without appropriate authorization so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. Updates and contact
We will revise this policy when features or processing practices change. Material changes to purposes, data categories, recipients or rights will receive appropriate notice, and renewed consent will be requested where required; continued browsing does not replace necessary consent.
Send privacy questions or requests to the website’s existing address, support@bazi.ltd, preferably with “Privacy request” in the subject. We will respond in accordance with applicable law after receiving your request.
