BAZI.LTD

bazi.ltd Terms of Service

Revised: October 23, 2026

These terms cover accounts, Chinese naming, traditional cultural readings, AI content and digital report purchases on bazi.ltd. Please read the relevant terms before registering, requesting content or purchasing, particularly the service scope, delivery, refunds and responsibilities.

1. Scope and operator details

These terms apply to bazi.ltd services, operated under the bazi.ltd brand (“we”, “us” or “the platform”). Product descriptions, prices, usage limits, validity periods and delivery methods form part of the relevant order and do not exclude statutory rights.

Questions about these terms, an order or the service can be sent to support@bazi.ltd. Cancellation and refund rules for paid orders are also set out in our Refund Policy.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Some features require email-code or supported third-party sign-in. Use accounts you are authorized to use, protect your email, codes and devices, and do not impersonate others or sell or rent accounts.

You must have the legal capacity required for the service or purchase. Minors should use the service with guardian guidance and appropriate purchase authorization. Obtain authorization or another lawful basis before submitting another person’s details.

Contact us about suspected unauthorized access. Proportionate verification may be required. Responsibility for account incidents depends on the facts and applicable law.

3. Services and their limits

The platform offers Chinese naming, BaZi charts, traditional cultural readings, AI conversations, Destiny Books and other digital services described on the relevant pages.

Content is for cultural learning, entertainment and reflection. It reflects traditional frameworks and generated interpretations, not scientific conclusions, guaranteed predictions or medical, legal or investment advice. Consider real circumstances and appropriate professional advice for important decisions.

Name suggestions do not guarantee acceptance for civil registration, trademarks or other administrative purposes. Verify requirements with the relevant authority.

4. Inputs and AI content

Check birth dates, times, places, time zones and naming preferences before submitting. Differences affect charts and readings; uncertain inputs should not be treated as the basis for certain conclusions.

AI may produce errors, omissions, inconsistencies or content similar to other users’ results. Outputs are not guaranteed to be identical across requests, unique or aligned with every subjective expectation. Report clear errors to us; failures to deliver what was described are handled through support and refund provisions.

Do not submit unlawful material, unauthorized personal information or content you have no right to use. Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Pricing, payment and delivery

Check the product, applicable profile, usage allowance, validity, price and currency before purchasing. Charges follow the confirmed order and checkout disclosures; provider currency conversion or other fees follow its disclosures. Later price changes should not alter confirmed orders retrospectively.

Payment must be verified before entitlements are issued, generation starts or content becomes available. Returning from checkout alone does not prove payment. If charged without an order update, retain the transaction reference and contact support before paying again.

Generation may involve a queue. Delivery follows the product description. Persistent failures, unavailable content or missed expressly promised deadlines will be investigated, with delivery, restored entitlements or refunds as appropriate.

6. Cancellation, refunds and support

Unpaid orders may be cancelled where the interface supports it. Paid-order requests depend on fulfillment, product terms and applicable law. You may request review of duplicate charges, non-delivery, unusable content or material differences from the agreed service.

Provide your account email, order identifier, payment time and issue description, without verification codes or full card details. Approved refunds will use the original payment channel; processing times depend on the provider and bank.

Cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights for digital or personalized content depend on applicable law and valid disclosures and confirmations at purchase. Calling a product digital does not itself remove statutory rights.

Any additional charges or usage deductions for regenerating personalized content with revised inputs should be disclosed before resubmission. You may contact support to dispute a decision. Our Refund Policy, which sets out delivery, refundable situations and refund timing, should be reviewed before purchase.

7. Usage allowances and rewards

Purchased usage, report access and sign-in or invitation rewards follow the scope and validity disclosed when acquired. Different balances may have different expiry and deduction rules.

Credits and rewards redeem specified services and are not cash, deposits or investments. Fake invitations, bulk accounts and automated reward abuse are prohibited. Reasonably evidenced irregularities may trigger investigation and proportionate restrictions with an appeal channel.

Rule changes should be reasonably communicated and should not unjustifiably diminish purchased entitlements retrospectively. Unused paid entitlements must be appropriately addressed if the service ends or cannot fulfill them.

8. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the platform for fraud, harassment, infringement, unlawful distribution, attacks, unauthorized access, data theft or abnormal requests that disrupt service.

Rights in the brand, software, interface and original materials remain with their respective owners. Rights in submitted materials remain with you or their owner; we process, store and display them only as needed to provide the requested service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

You may retain, use and share generated content as permitted by law and relevant product terms, protecting others’ personal information and avoiding claims that it is an official determination or human expert assessment. Exclusive rights in AI outputs depend on applicable law and are not guaranteed.

9. Availability and responsibilities

Maintenance, network faults and third-party outages may interrupt service. We will take reasonable recovery steps and communicate significant impacts where feasible. Paid-order delivery and support obligations remain governed by the agreement and law.

Reasonably evidenced abuse or security risks may lead to proportionate restrictions, with explanations and appeals where legally permitted and compatible with security. Legitimate paid entitlements should not be arbitrarily forfeited.

Responsibility depends on fault, causation, the agreement and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liabilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Stopping use and closing accounts

You may stop using the service or contact us to request account closure. Necessary verification and an explanation of pending orders, paid entitlements and data consequences should precede closure.

Closure may remove access to profiles and reports, so save needed content before confirming. Legally required records are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Signing out or clearing browser storage does not close an account.

11. Changes and disputes

Revisions will carry an updated date, with appropriate notice of material changes affecting rights and renewed confirmation where required. Changes should not retrospectively remove rights under existing orders.

Contact support@bazi.ltd with relevant order or issue details to seek resolution. If unresolved, either party may pursue remedies before a legally competent body. Mandatory consumer protections applicable to your location are not excluded.

Applicable law and dispute handling follow mandatory consumer protections in your location and the terms of the relevant order. We do not designate an unverified arbitration body or exclusive court.
